General Guidelines

Travel plan

  • All participants are encouraged to plan their participation one month before conference. It is suggested to refer to the conference program to apply for Visa application (if needed), to book ticket to conference city, and to reserve the lodge nearby the conference venue, the conference could provide some suggestions about the lodge, if you need. The detailed information about the conference city could be found on webpage.

Participation Plan

  • The oral presentation usually covers about a 13-minute presentation and a 2-minute Q&A. Presenters are encouraged to make and be familiar with their slides 20 days ahead of conference, such as the structure, contents, significance, research achievements and shortages etc. If you are not confident about the oral presentation, you could make a rehearsal.

  • Each presenter should abide by the conference program released by conference committee. If any special requests about the time slot of presentation, please consult with conference committee.

  • Poster presentation requires presenter to design and make a poster 15 days ahead of conference. The conference will not accept the electronic version of poster, and not provide printing services due to the limitations. It would be better to handover the poster to conference committee on registration day. 

  • A digital certificate of presentation will be provided after presentation.

  • All sessions are open for listeners.

Participation Types

The committee provides three types of participation: oral, poster presentation and listener. The participants could choose any one of them by specifying it in the registration form.

Oral presentation

  • The oral presenter will be regularly given 15 minutes including questions and answers, so please prepare the proper length of your slides to fit the presentation time. But if you want to extend your presentation time, please consult with session chair. 

  • The conference will provide AV equipment, PC equipped with Microsoft, PDF reader,  please prepare two types of files, PDF and PPT.  

  • Please store your slides in mobile memory, like USB which can be used in conference PC. For sure the presenters are allowed to use their own PC to do presentation, but it will depend on the port of equipment in conference venue. It is suggested to prepare an adapter. If the presenter wants to upload their slides into Conference PC, please choose the period of coffee break and lunch, make sure your uploading will not affect other presentation.

  • The presenters are supposed to wait in the conference room before session begins, the session chair will call the roll to make sure the following presenters are waiting in the conference room. If no answer, your presentation probably will be skipped. 

  • Each presenter will get a digital certificate after their presentation 

Poster Presentation 

  • The Poster Stand (Height* Width): A0(1189mm*841mm)

  • The poster presenter should concentrate on their several-page paper into one A0 poster, which should cover your paper title, author name, affiliation, contact information, and the conference name. The most important points are the contents, concise and pointed introduction, logical and clear structure, the convincing and powerful experimental data and sound result. Of course the references will enhance the persuasiveness.

  • The poster presenter is supposed to connect with the conference staff who will set up it in advance.

  • During the poster session, the presenters should stand at their poster and be ready to answer questions.

  • Each presenter will get a digital certificate after poster session.


The conference also is open for participants who are interested to attend the conference as listener. The listener don't have to submit any manuscript. They can listen to presentation in each session and communicate with other participants. If companions of presenters want to attend the conference, they are encouraged to register as listener as well,
