How to submit
Authors are invited to submit abstract/ full paper through the online submission system.
Full Research Paper (5-14 pages)
Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished research manuscripts for the conference consideration. The scientific soundness and significance will be evaluated during the review process.
Full Review Paper (5-14 pages)
Authors are welcome to submit reviews on some lateset progress and research topics in the conference related areas. Reviews should present an unbiased summary of the current understanding of the topic on the studies that already exist.
Abstract (Presentation only)
Authors are encouraged to submit abstract prior to full paper submission. The editors reserve the right to reject papers that change their abstracts substantially between the abstract and full papers.
Tips & Ethics
Language: The manuscript should be written in English including tables, figures, equations, and algorithms.
Originality: Only original papers will be considered, the manuscripts must not be previously published or submitted for publication elsewhere. They must not be under review by any other conference or publication during the review cycle.
Topic: The research topic of the manuscript should fall into the conference scopes (refer to the Call for Papers), and it is presented with logic and complete structure, relevant information, significant results and etc.
Page Limit: The accepted paper limit is 5-14 pages including all figures, tables, references, and appendices.
Timing: After submission, your mailbox will receive our confirmation letter within 3 working days, if no response due time, please check your spam folder or send us email at email@example.com
Presentation Type: In the Acceptance letter, the committee will give a presentation type. The paper accepted as 'oral' presentation is also allowed to be changed into a Poster presentation instead, should they prefer it.
The submitted abstract should contain a sufficient summary of the paper and outline of goals, results, and conclusion, including conveying sufficient understanding when reading in isolation from the paper.
For conference performing blind peer review policy, authors are required to prepare a title page and submit it as a separate file as a way to disclose title, authors information, acknowledgements, funding sources, conflict of interest and confidential information. All accepted and presented full papers will be published in digital conference proceedings. The proceedings will be submitted for indexing through INSPEC, EI's Engineering Information Index, Compendex, ISI Thomson's Scientific and Technical Proceedings, ISTP/ISI Proceedings, and Current Contents on Diskette.
Selected papers after significant extension will be considered for special issues of the Journal of Computers or Signal & Image Processing.
After the paper is accepted, authors or their employers will be informed about the copyright license and asked to sign a copyright form (provided by the publisher) to transfer copyright to the publisher prior to the publication.
A pre submission self-check is helpful to save time and efforts of authors and reviewers in review process, to some extent it will also help improve quality of submissions. We therefore suggest authors conduct careful self-check before submitting a paper to the conference.
Here are tips of self-check as below:
1. Make sure that the paper is of interest to the conference.
2. Make sure that the layout conforms with the abstract / paper templates.
3. Make sure that your submitted paper complies with the publication ethics and research ethics.
4. Make sure that the copyright, authorship, figure, data and reference formats in compliance with conference policies and regulations.
5. Make sure all authors have approved the content of submitted version of manuscript.
6. Make sure that English language of the paper should be of sufficient quality to be understood.
7. Check the spelling and formal style to avoid misspellings or syntactical errors.
All oral presentations are allocated 10 minutes for the presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.
In the case of virtual attendance, poster presenters should upload their e-poster to prior to the conference date.
