  • All dates refer to PST/PDT time, i.e.Pacific Time Zone

  • Our payment system will not charge any extra fee, but the credit card payment may incur a few exchange commission fee which is charged by payers bank, it should be borne by payers. 

Registration Tips

  • At least one author of a paper should register and present at the conference. Each person may submit and present only one paper, but each person could be a co-author of several papers.

  • All participants are expected to fill in the registration form, please contact for registration form.  

  • It is required to send your camera-ready, registration form, and payment by the deadline to the conference email box.

  • Pay the registration fee through our online payment system(click), the link could be found in the registration form as well.

  • Send us your filled registration form, payment voucher along with other related documents to conference mailbox,

Benefits for IASED member and Students

  • The IASED membership has the privilege of registration as indicated in the registration fee table. When you finish payment, please provide your IASED member ID.

  • If you register with 'student', please send your valid student identity as supplementary.

  • Please notice that only one preferential item can be valid for one applicant.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations MUST be notified in writing:

  • For "No shows", the registration fee is nonrefundable. 

  • A written refund/cancellation request received by 30 May 2021 can be accepted and a US$100 administrative fee will be charged.  After 30 May 2021, the refund/cancellation request will not be accepted. 

Disclaimer and Statement

By participating in the conference, participants consent to photography and Audio/Video recordings and their release, publication or reproduction to be used for promotion as they deem fit to use them. 

On the principal of participants' safety first, the organizer reserves the right to change the conference date and venue against force majeure. The participants are obliged to comply and cooperate with the organizer's decision.
